Print Edition Suspended

We would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we have suspended the printed edition of our quarterly newsletter. This is being done in an effort to reduce our operating costs. We will keep you informed through this electronic edition.

Looking Ahead

The 2010 Local 3 Apprentice Bricklaying Contest will be held in Fresno again this year. Local 3 apprentices will compete for a chance to advance to the Western States Contest.

The 2010 Western States Apprentice Contest will be held in Seattle Washington on May 22. We have learned that the contest will include competition for Bricklayers, Tilelayers, Marble Masons, and Pointer, Cleaner, Caulkers. This will be the first time PCC apprentices have been included in the Western States Contest. Hopefully it's a sign of what's ahead.
