Apprentice Bricklayers will be exposed to a wide range of work processes as they work their way through our program. They will aquire work habits and skills necessary to work as a professional craftsman. Due to the diversity of the craft, you can look forward to new materials methods and techniques throughout your career. |

Marble Apprentices receive training which will enable them to create grand structures. Marble Masons perform various work processes including cutting, tooling, and setting marble slabs on floors and walls of buildings. They also trim,polish and cut marble to specified sizes. |

The Pointer Cleaner Caulker or PCC is probably the most diversified of Local #3 craftsmen. PCC includes tuckpointing, cleaning, patching, pinning, deck coatings, waterproofing, epoxy injection, mortar, rigging, safety, and health. Apprenticeship classes are held in Pleasanton two Saturdays a month. |
